Abstract
Local agri-food products are one of the most important differentiating assets of the rural territories of Portugal and Spain. They are often considered part of the representative cultural capital of their home territories, country, society and history. They are also a tourist resource, with the potential to promote creative tourism activities that offer visitors the opportunity to develop their creative potential, through active participation in courses and learning experiences specific to the destination where they take place.
