Abstract
Regional agri-food products, beyond their vital food function, always played a leading role in the way and how people relate to each other in and between different territories. This article presents the results of an exploratory and descriptive research carried out on 199 web pages of different types of organizations in the neighbouring regions of Extremadura (Spain) and Centro (Portugal), with the aim of exploring and learning about touristic activities related to agri-food products, developed by different types of organizations.
