Recently released, the 2023 Stanford University and Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists list includes 200,000 researchers, the most cited scientists in the world, representing the top 2%. Among these, we are once again proud to highlight the presence of CEGIST members Ana Paula Barbosa-Póvoa, Carlos Bana e Costa and José Rui Figueira.
Just as in 2022, Ana Paula Barbosa-Póvoa and Carlos Bana e Costa are listed for the exceptional impact of their long-standing scientific careers. Ana Paula Barbosa-Póvoa, Carlos Bana e Costa and José Rui Figueira were listed among the top 2% researchers for the year 2023.
For the second consecutive year, the number of researchers associated with Instituto Superior Técnico listed in the 2023 Stanford University and Elsevier list has increased.
