The objective is to evaluate the potential of hybrid solutions to optimise regional waste management strategies, thereby contributing to broader sustainability and energy transition goals. The approach combines technical and economic perspectives to support informed decision-making in the context of emerging technologies, aiming to bridge applied experience with academic insight in the development of more efficient and resilient management models.
