Sanaz Azarnoosh is a Collaborator at CEGIST – Centro de Estudos de Gestão do Instituto Superior Técnico, Universidade de Lisboa. She holds a PhD in Engineering and Management from Instituto Superior Técnico (2025), as well as a Master’s degree in Business Management (2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (2014) from the Institute for Management and Planning Studies (IMPS). Her research focuses on customer-centric product design planning, leveraging a value-based socio-technical framework, the House of Quality, and decision support systems to align technical and managerial decision-making with customer needs. She also has professional experience in product management roles, contributing to the practical application of these approaches in real-world product development contexts.
