Abstract
Well-being is increasingly positioned as the completion of a physical and mental condition related to the social environment in which a person lives and works. Work-related well-being is a component of subjective well-being. This component of well-being is influenced by physiological and psychosomatic components of work and the workplace, still unexplored in the research field of organizational economics.
