hSNS - Portuguese public hospital performance assessment using a multi-criteria decision analysis framework

This project aims to measure the hospital performance in terms of its quality and access dimensions to (1) improve the quality of healthcare services that will be delivered; (2) support management by monitoring and controlling performance indicators; (3) benchmark healthcare providers; (4) Accountability and governance; (5)better finance healthcare providers (according to their performance).
