I hold a Master’s degree in Geological and Mining Engineering (2025) and a Bachelor’s in Mining and Energy Resources Engineering (2022) from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon. My research specializes in quantitative performance analysis and robust benchmarking, with a focus on nonparametric frameworks such as Benefit-of-the-Doubt (BoD) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). My doctoral research focuses on developing the Robust Urban Sustainability Index (RUSI), a novel hierarchical framework designed to assess how effectively countries convert foundational capacities into sustainable urban outcomes. I currently work as a Data Analyst for the “ForthComing” project and have applied experience in regional planning and academic leadership. My technical expertise includes advanced proficiency in Python and MATLAB, along with methodologies such as SEM, PCA, and Conditional Frontier Analysis.
